Notice for members who have duplicate accounts.

Thank you for loving our dolls.
We would like to notice our members who have more than one accounts on our previous site as follow.
The previous sites were separated by each languages, so it needs to sign up for each sites and earned points separately.

But now, our new site is now available in all language sites with just one account.
You can also access our other brand sites with a single ID and password (except for the previous site).
If the membership information (e-mail, address, etc) that was automatically transferred to the new site is wrong or you want to change it, you can change it at any time.

Points are also credited for each language with your single account,
and you can use the points conveniently after you select your preferred language with showing your earned points automatically for each language.

Please note that earning points are different for each language as they have different currency values.
So we recommend you to earn and use points with a single language (currency).

If you have been used with a duplicated accounts, now you can use with one account conveniently.

* If you double-sign up with a multiple language sites in the same email account, your points will only be transferred to one account at the new site.
It is because the new site is designed to avoid duplicate signing up with a same email account.

So if you have any missing points due to duplicate accounts, please feel free to ask via Q & A board at any time then we will fix for it.
We will transfer all of your valuable points for sure.

    Hello,
    I’m not sure if i have two accounts, how would i find out please?
    Also when i bought my IMDA Amelia 2.2 from youse, i paid for postage about 2 or 3 times as it was my first time ordering, i paid for the doll first then i bought the outfit and shoes then paid but i’m sure i ordered wig and didnt realise to order all together, but i was told by youse i wouldn’t get the money back but points? I don’t know where they are or how many i have>? thank you and happy new year!

    We don’t know what information you signed up for, so please let us know the information you used when you signed up (email, etc.) to check for it.
    Also we’re sorry to say we can not modify customer’s order at will on our system, so if you would like to add an item for your existing order to combine, you can make an order for the item on the product page, and let us know the order number on our Q&A board before making payment for the additional order.
    Then we will modify the shipping fee for the order to ship together with your existing order
    Also please select ‘Bank Transfer’ for the payment method when you make an additional order.
    (otherwise the order cannot be done without additional payment)
    Also please contact through our Q&A board if you have a futher inquiry from next time.
