\n* On-site raffle sales dolls can be entered once after verifying the Soom membership on-site during the event period. Only members who purchased our dolls more than 2 times(2 orders) on our official website in the last 4 years (2020. 04 ~ 2024. 04) can apply.
\n* To enter the on-site raffle, receive a raffle ticket for each doll on-site, write your membership number, and put half of the ticket in the entry box for the corresponding doll.
\n* Applications will be closed at 3pm on Nov. 2, and the winners will be drawn on-site and the membership numbers of the winners will be noticed on our website at 5pm on the same day.
\n* Winners must complete payment on our website by the same day. If payment is not made, the purchase opportunity will be given to the next winner.
\n* One-off dolls will be shipped in 2 weeks, and pre-order dolls will take 60-100 days or more.
\n* Tickets for identity verification cannot be reissued, so please keep them safe so as not to lose them.
