(Technical review for support in progress)<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"font-size: 95%;\">\u2022 According to PayPal policy, a fee (4.4% + 0.3 USD) will be charged for order cancellation and refund, so please order carefully. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">For reference, PayPal&#8217;s overseas payment fee is very expensive compared to other payment methods, and refund fees applied. In the meantime, we have been using it with paying huge fees, but recently, we had to temporarily stop it due to the delay in settlement.<br \/>\nWe sincerely apologize to customers who have experienced inconvenience during the past month, and as a solution to this, we would like to resume on the condition of imposing a minimum fee.<br \/>\nIn the case of PayPal, the fee originally paid (4.4%) will not be returned when order is canceled, and an additional fee (0.3 USD) should be paid when refunding, so please minimize order cancellations or refunds due to simple change of mind.
