This will result in the suspension of their access to our shopping mall, ability to purchase products, and provision of member benefits. Especially, made to order products cannot be canceled after 24 hours from the payment. SOOM Shipping Guarantee Program<\/span>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<div id=\"accordion-288225337-content\" class=\"accordion-inner\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-288225337-label\" >\n\t\t\t\n\n<p>If the doll products sold by SOOM are late to the customer, SOOM will reimburse to customer for late shipment as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 1 [Definition of Terms]<\/strong><br \/>The terms specified in this Agreement are defined as follows:<br \/>1. \"Ready to Ship\" means the period from the time the payment for the doll is done to the time the doll is shipped.<br \/>2. \"Delivery date\" means the day the dolls are shipped from SOOM.<br \/>3. \"Delivery Date Warranty\" means that the order is shipped within 100 days from the date the customer paid the price of the product. It does not include such as shipping schedule of shipping company, duration of customs clearance, natural disasters, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 2 [Compensation Coverage]<\/strong><br \/>\"Expiration delay\" is limited to the case that exceeds 100 days from the date of the payment is completed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 3 [Amount of compensation]<\/strong><br \/>If SOOM delays delivery to a customer, SOOM will reward the customer with points equivalent to 1% of the product price (excluding shipping) multiplied by the number of days delayed. However, if the delay is more than 25 days, we will apply up to 25% discount on the applicable product price (excluding shipping).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 4 [Exemption from liability for damages]<\/strong><br \/>SOOM must compensate the customer even if the customer can not prove the loss, scope, or amount of loss.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 5 [Customer's obligation to recognize]<\/strong><br \/>If customer receives compensation within the agreed-upon amount of the issue, the customer should not claim compensation for any other type of loss, and the customer must accept it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 6 [Cautionary Obligation of SOOM]<\/strong><br \/>When entering into this contract, SOOM ensures that the shipment will not be delayed and will not be delayed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 7 [Entry into Force and Effect]<\/strong><br \/>This Agreement will take effect as soon as the purchase price is paid, and will remain in effect until shipped, refunded, or redeemed for the purchase.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 8 [Termination of Contract]<\/strong><br \/>SOOM can not pay compensation if the customer does not comply with the obligations set forth in Article 5 or ignores compensation under Article 4. In this case, we will give you the membership points which applies 25% discount on the price of the product as a compensation of delaying.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 10 [Refund]<\/strong><br \/>If SOOM does not meet the specified due date, Customer will be able to cancel the contract which suggested by SOOM and receive a full refund.
